★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not friendly at all Upon visiting one gets a feel that we are a burden to them. While paying bill at counter there was a heated debate between their tailor and a customer of theirs wherein the delay was of more than 1month. Overall a bad experience. The suits were just soso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really disappointed in overall experience with their business ethics. I would never go back and wouldn't recommend anyone either.
I would give negative rating if it was possible. Very poor service. I had to go four times to get one gown fitted. Every time they had new excuse. Along with that I was promised to wait at home for delivery twice but no one showed up. When finally the dress was delivered it was already defected in process of fitting/ taiiloring. Also, the another blouse was stitched but was given much looser than actual measurements.
Please go in if you are in need of poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible experience. Only go to this store if you like to be treated like trash and want to give someone a free shot at insulting you. They have a great variety of garments in Indian wear but their service is deplorable. The salesmen at the store was very rude and mouthy. Kept passing snarky comments at us and even ignored us at several times. Even when we were purchasing two sets of shararas (without us trying to bargain or anything at all) he was treating us badly. They did a very very bad job of fitting. I bought such a nice piece but their tailoring made it look hideous. I would ever recommend this place to anyone unless you care more about buying mid range clothing over your self-respect. Good products but third class customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the kashish service they provided to the customers. Treating badly with the customers. Moreover prices are much higher than the stuffs. I purchased a suit for my wife rs 3000. After washed its color goes out. Not happy, never visited again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 3-4 dresses from Kashish lajpat nagar, i live in jaipur so they sent me dress from courier saying that we will do the finishing and fitting of the dress. But i received the dress in bad condition without doing the fitting, without any dress covers. When i called them to complaint about it they blocked me and didn't entertain any complaints. Very rude behavior and not worth the price.
