★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took over 2 hours of time after going to hospital even though I took an appointment on call 1 hour before going there. Just like any other hospital in Bhimavaram, in waiting time, they are PATHETIC.
They should paste stickers KEEP SILENCE and KEEP YOUR MOBILES IN SILENT MODE. It gets so noisy and doesn't have an ideal peaceful atmosphere you expect.
VIP consultations to some those cut the line really make others fools.
They don't respect your time.
Also the receptionists don't know basic English and they cant even write the spelling of your name right. Though it doesn't matter, It feels awkward trying to understand my own name.
300 per consultation is soooo damn high for the service they provide and time they take.
Learn from P. Siva reddy eye hospital of hyderabad about how you should treat your patients and how to respect their time and money.
Doctors are good. But the management does need to improve a looooooooooot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is god. This is a well known word but most of the doctors won't behave like that but this doctor in kasi hospital he is really a god. I have never seen a doctor having such patience. What ever silly question you ask he will simply smile and tell you the answer such a good and cool doctor he will explain what he is doing while operating to patient. And he won't let workers do his duty he alone do the operation. Recently my father went for eye operation. It went so good they are really cool. Never choose any another eye hospital apart from this. Coz I have listened few bad stories on another eye hospitals so simy go with kasi. It is located near Indian hospital which is beside to the lane that was connected to hotelines backery.
