Fully disappointed with your services.
I had given my vehicle for servicing on 11 June 2017 and i wanted to change Break Shoes (Liner as mechanic said) and servicing. They forget to put silencer support nut and bolt due to this a steep step sound is generated. Today i again went your service center for rectification that problem before going i had made a call for just assuring that service center is open, she said yes center is open. (I have recording of that call). When I was reach there they said it was mistake we can not take your vehicle today for repairing. I met Mr. Santosh Rai. As I used AMC Book (Anual Maintenance contract ) but now i am fully disappointed and make sure that i am never use AMC and services from your dealers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited on a weekday ao i thought i will give my vehicle for service then i will leave for my office but i have to wait for atleast 45 mins because of the other vehicles even if u have already booked your vehicle u still have to wait in the queue. As a suggestion i would like to tell you if u want to give your vehicle took atleast 1.5 hour gap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very bad experience with Kaslival honda today... They asked more amount then mentioned in invoice.
A lady as Sales person is talking very rudely , no manners how to talk with customers. Showing attitude like she is owner of this firm.
We were paying in card and asking some discounts but she showing her behaviour like lena hai toh lo nhi toh bhut log hai lene wale....
Jab nhi achi service de pa rhe ho to band kar do naa showroom....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited store. Sales man with very negative body language meet us . Even not bother to talk properly and share the detail. Best luck to kasliwal Honda if such type of man power they hired. Thus type of people also damaging image of brand like Honda
Sir no scheme, no bikes available even not taken number for follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far worst service centre I have ever visited. Team full of mannerless service advisers, mechanics, sales personnel who just want to sell the scooter parts and not solve your problems. They told me to change almost every possible part of my activa parts which are with them and which are not with them they ask you to get change from market. Being a service centre they do have full facilities to repair your vehicle, they asked me to get some broken screw repair outside.
Service Advisor doesn’t bother to listen to your complaint.
I would highly recommend people not to visit this service centre.
