However the strength of the ornaments is so substandard, that it didn’t took even a week for me to lose some gold. Happened with 3 items for me personally and when we went back, they ask for repairing charges too.
One other scam these guy play is that they will launch some schemes for assured gifts, which supposedly would be decided based on a lucky draw in few coming days, but believe me its been more than a year and half and forget gift, I got ko call or even a message. When asked myself for the same, they say they have no record now.
Pathetic.
We were a loyal customer of them but now would never visit again.
