★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Resturant, food quality is extremely bad, rice is half boiled, no fresh food available, they add raw Oil which is very unhealthy and bad for health, overall you will spend money but won't get the quality food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst of Kasturi chain.. Avoid this place as the Manager is pathetic with service andbhas no sense of hospitality.. you order and theybsend wrong items and then woukd do hist best to argue. You ask for feedback email or contact, he would do his best to upset you more..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best and authentic place to try out authentic Bengali Cuisine located at the City of Kolkata. They offer a large variety of bengali thali as well as A La Carte items. The food taste were unique and the price was reasonable. One can try out to revive their taste buds at least once or twice in a month. They have their branches at various locations. The only cons I found at their Baguiati location was that they do not have the facility for online or card payment,only cash and that the food service takes a bit of time to prepare.
Try out Mutton Kosha, Bhetki Paturi, kochupata chingri, and fish kabiraji.
Great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good. But they serve it too late that everyone loses patience. The day when I went, the other people were also complaining for delay. After having starter after 30 min, we got our main course after more 30 min. The number of staff was enough as far I observed, but all are busy with the online deliveries! The restaurant ambience ia totally normal, nothing unique or luxurious! There was very normal chairs and tables. The food of Kasturi is always good. The jhur jhure alubhaja is my favorite. We also had fish cocktail with mayo dip, dhakai mugh polao, basanti polao dhonepata kacha lanka murgi, misti doi etc. The onion salad was worst! So my overall experience is not so good at Kasturi express, Baguihati. The jessore Road one is better than this atleast. And one thing, you can get offer from Dineout and Zomato Gold also!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Chicken Kasha and Laccha Paratha combo. I am fully satisfied. Laccha Paratha was best. I smelled the flavor of Ghee on it. And it was crunchy also.
Chicken Kasha was also very good. Though I was not happy with chicken pieces?.
Over all i would give 4 stars out of 5.
