★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly poor service from katara dental lab in Delhi. For them normal PFM takes 7-8 working days and sometimes even more. They are sufficiently against the improvement in this time frame, although they claim 3-4 working days for it. Very lethargic and slow work output. They have inadequate collection boys which adds up to the problem. Delhi lab incharge Laxmikant is least interested in improvement and turns the blame on inadequate manpower and equipments. Their service quality have gone down more in last 2 years.
