★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will commit the delivery date verbally and take the booking as well as 100% payment, later they will start ignoring your calls, they wont provide you proper details of car in transit and when you complaint to the higher authority they will inform you that the vehicle has not despatched yet, if yoi cant keep your customer happy then there is no use of giving commitment of delivery
And their “Give me 5 minutes I will get back to you” will never come you will end up waiting for whole day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with Kataria. They are forcing and harassing the customer to buy accessories and even if you buy the accessories they don't give you choice to buy the accessories. Also they ask to buy Suzuki connect compalsary which is not useful for private vehicles.
