★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I gave car for service but 90% of the things for which I gave car for service was not done. I don't know what I paid exactly for??. Even the regular service was not done properly including cleaning.. It took 1.5 hours to assign the adviser.. So overall it was very bad experience, spent money but not worth at all. Why do we go to genuine service center? If this the service we get, it is better and cheaper at any roadside garage.. Very disappointing experience.

I wish I could provide one more star's for the support and services which I received from the Rishiraj and his talented and dynamic team.
Maruti always leads the table when it comes to customer service this is possible just because of the Team players like Rishiraj whom I found very polite, approachable and equally customer centric.
I have make up my mind to get rest of all the services of my car at this center only.
