★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will always gives five out five, when it comes to purity and trust,our family generations are buying from Kataria jewellers and in so many years the quality and goodwill are remain same,not only ratlam citizens but people from different districts, states comes to buy gold from Kataria jewellers, I have travelled so many cities and lived, but I start trusting more Kataria jewellers,as I start comparing with another gold brands jewelry, must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve one star when it comes to customer dealing. The owner and staff follow lot of unfair trade practices specially by manipulating prices on their bill. For 91.5% gold purity (less than 22 carat), they will charge you with 100% gold price of that day (24 carat). On top of that comes the making charges which you feel is low but if you add the gold purity difference you will realize that you have not saved anything (maybe overspent if you add the petrol bill, designs are anyways years behind). Their priority is to collect as much cash as possible and will ask for additional money should you wish to swipe your card.
For me, in case of goods return which were made incorrectly as per order, they are refusing to payback GST and labor charges telling some nonsensical reasons. I will request all of you to avoid this shop
