β β β β β Kathleen is a famous snacks centre chain with many outlets in Kolkata. This place is also nice. It's mostly for take out. Not much room inside to sit and eat.

β β β β β Quality deteriorated significantly in last few years. Once their selling point was freshness and quality but all those are gone. Not suggested to visit there instead go for Mio Amore.

β β β β β Nice and cute shop with nice amount of choices on pastries..prices are bit higher..and creams on cake are a bit hard..while snacks are not that much fresh better go for Mio Amore or Sugar and Spice..overall nice services and quality...but that much only..

β β β β β Worst experince, lack of shop keeper's attitude, quality of "Chicken Submarine" was terribly bad, smelly and no taste, probably kept many days. After eating at the shop, when I gave feedback calmly, shop keeper simply disagreed and said you should not have ate it, returned it ! I was not worried about the cost but afraid of the food. Later we heard Kathleen is worst ( we don't stay in Kolkata).
