★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a community hall just besides the rajendra stadium katihar serving the city in organizing all cultural ,official,social programs here so conveniently. Time to time business and educational seminars are held here. I rated it by 4 stars because it needs some improvements in its facilities and cleanliness. The parking space is also great here. Some political parties programs also takes place here.

This place is very suitable for many types of programs (Seminars, religious event, school culture program, business meetings etc) . It also has the facility of bathroom and changing room. The Town Hall is located in Sadar Hospital road.
