★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guards here are so friendly. I used to go there for giving Home Tuitions. Every time I have to do entry in the register. Security wise the society is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location - The society is situated such that the place recieves absolutely no sunlight. Gets extremely cold in winters.
Maintenance - The drainage system is poorly maintained. The drains get choked every other day.
Security - The guards are very frequnty changed. new guards are not aware of the members of the society.
Monetary - Everyone seeks out for money in this society. All new tenants are asked to give money to all guards and the society as well. Apart from this there is very high exit fees as well.
Society - Extremely poor society. Worst for tenants. society is absolutely biased to the landlords. The society does not give you no dues certificate timely. and does not adjust to anyone's genuine requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities are good, but buildings are more than 30 years old. These are in need of maintenance. Plaster is coming out in many locations. In some locations, the steel has completely rusted. This is not good for the safety of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my home, so definitely I am not the right person to judge the apartment. But the location of the apartment is excellent. The bus stop, petrol pump, fire brigade, hospital, Sector 6 market, schools, everything is at stone's throw. It definitely is a prime property. The eight storey apartment has three blocks - A, B, C and a functioning Management Committee manages the society. Out of 1/10 scale Katyayani according to me gets a score of 7.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in the society for like 2 years before moving to another place (personal reasons). The management is the best I have seen so far. The society is very clean, nice. People is very frndly. The location of this society is just perfect. The back is attached to a park and a small market. It's a great place for a family to rent out or buy.
