★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, careless, abusive and I am out of words for this doctor. He made us wait for 2 and half hours then said your time is not as important as mine and in between his staff was giving prescription to patients of all kind who are not authorised to do same.his eys were red hot while he came back.
I don't recommend this doctor and his hospital to any one. It is up to your risk as he can abuse and fight without any reason because don't know your which word can make him angry.

Lot of miscommunication between doctor and the staff they are least concerned about patient. It too them 6 hrs to sort out the small MRI test whether it has to be done or not, doctor Anand Singla already mentioned and recommended Spiral MRI center for test however staff was taking patient to another test center( it seems that these staff members are more qualified then doctor) and from last 2 to 3hrs we were waiting for ambulance after my protest doctor came to know about this whole drama of MRI by the time it was 3 pm and they refuse that ambulance still take another 1hrs to reach. I took my patient in my car for MRI text. Now it time for discharge head off to staff again it take my 4 hrs but final billing still incomplete I told them you take your time will collect it tomorrow but staff is so unprofessional they were saying you can not go without bill this is not only case .. there was another covid patient his family want to take their patient to government hospital but they also got the same reply that it will take 2 to 3 hrs for billing so you cannot take patient however after shooting their case was taken care. But I am still waiting for my patient billing it's 8pm.
I personally do not recommend this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per my own experience time taken to get my scans was as little as fifteen minutes even in peak rush hours; also charges were nominal so guys don't get fooled by the negative comments here, these people want premium infrastructure but at the price of public sector hospitals; and they might be expecting FREE services or VIP treatment, while for a doctor a king and a pauper is the same. Highly recommended.

Has a great experience and knowledge in his field and is a great and enthusiastic team leader of doctors and staff. I've been personally visting Kaushal Hospital near my home in any emergency at even mid night, and have been given the best treatment with a satisfying result. Moreover, the confidence and support provided mentally by the doctor cures half the pain, and rest his hands are perfect at his job.
Best hospital in our locality and best ortho surgoen I have come across till now after visiting many big hospitals. Also, newly rebuilt infrastructure, latest equipments and technology, very clean and comfortable wards and private rooms with all latest medical gadgets, supportive staff, in-built chemist/pharmacy with all medicines available for any emergency requirements.
