★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience ......The terrace tank water pipe of solar heater just broke and all water is flowing out of tank. Called Kaushal Solar. Typical answer of Maharashtrian businessman received that today being Sunday even in emergency they can't send plumber. Really frustrating experience to get from Maharashtrian businessman. And also complete negligence of customer service in case of such emergency to stop thousands of liters of water wastage. When people will get sensitized for such emergencies.
