While it is easily accessible from Delhi-Kanpur bye-pass road, at the same time it is away from its noise and pollution. It has a vast green stretch of forest next to it. With a number of posh residential colonies such as Lawyer's Colony in the vicinity, the area is fast developing to be the second Civil Lines of Agra in the near future. It has swimming pool with ancillary facilities, lifts and comfortable staircases, recreation rooms, alternative power supply with generators, portable drinking water with borewell for water supply, cable-TV and intercom provision, covered parking space at extra cost, fire-fighting arrangements, and much more. It is approved by A.D.A. Each floor has 17 apartments including 3 apartments of two-bedrooms and 14 apartments of three-bedrooms. All common services are maintained by a society formed by the residents of Kaveri Green.
