They called me for interview,i went there and completed first round,After that they asked me to come after one week ,i went there after one week they simply said we want experienced not freshers,Sorry you may leave .......If they want experienced why they have called for interview.. and after next week also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an Interview ...cleared first 2 rounds and also done the third round(system test).they said to show data from json format, done!! Then interviewer said you have used internet for reference..ROFL!!!!got worst experience guys!!please if you are Kannada guy just go else dont go for interview...partiality people. Management people should know what the technical guys doing in the interview

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company. Really not good for outsiders specially. They don't know about any technical sides and blame you for nothing. Didn't even understand clients feedback, they just know to blame you, specially the manager. All dumb brains didn't understand the issues. They make their own dumb process and we have to work on this. Systems issues, workflow issues, and many things. They just know to Blame others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst organization, they don't know about how to run the organisation.
Whether they will give leave or we wish to take leave for ourself or any government holidays except Sunday, they will cut salaries for those days.
In that organization my friend had been working since 3 yrs, for him they gave offer letter after 2.2yrs of joining. let's think about the organisation principles.
They will pay the salary by using phone pay, Google pay and not directly to the bank account.
The organisation only don't know about how to handle the project. They don't know about technologies too.
Totally, I felt like, Is this a Software company...?
