This is a centre for group of 12 schools, you can say head quarter of 12 nearby schools.
Providing good school in such a interior area of Surat is just surprised.
Most of poor students get benefit by this schools. Otherwise they have to go much distance for primary schools, which they can't afford, so afford put by Surat municipality for providing primary schools to interior area bring fruitful result.
