My experience with Kay Dee Bajaj was not good at all. I made an appointment for my first service, they gave 9:30a.m time, I reached 9:40a.m already they booked few bikes for service within that span of time. I was waited for almost 7 hours just to change an engine oil.The most funny part is when I reached home after service, service manager called me and asked about my current location which was 14 km. Then they asked me to stop my bike as they forgot to refill my engine oil. I used my bike for 14km and that too without oil. Later they came after 1 hour with oil. Moreover bike was not washed properly, dust all over the body. They even didn't polished to it. Recently I met with an accident so eventually I have to change my foot rest and when I called to showroom and asked about part ,they said go to Vaishali there is some showroom, I can get my part from them. I got my RC after 2 months exactly. Adding to this review, Today I went for my 2nd service and what I found is,battery which came with this bike is of lower size. Either showroom people changed it or company itself changed. Company fitted battery XLTZ4 and required was Z5 series.Attaching picture for reference. Bad experience with Bajaj till now.

Worst service centre of of pulsar in noida. Service worker handle your bike with negligence only... In 4 regular on time service from there service centre my bike health Start getting worse...before that I used to go in noida sec 14 service centre which was quite good....but this service centre is a total fraud. Just don't go there otherwise with in time you have to pay high amount of maintenance and part repair for your bike just because of there negligence...

Visited long time ago, just came here to share my experience. It was not good. Work was done kind of Chalta chalta. Within 5-6 days, bike started showing same problems. They will say ye change kra lo, wo change krwa lo, but even after that chances are less that your bike will show much improvement. Also I remember, my no. was 12-13 in Queue (As I reached 08:45 am around) but they didn't work on it until I talked to some supervisor. So my experience was not good at all. Might be you will get a good experience but I'm not going back there. Peace out.

Went to service my 200NS, Even though the waiting time is a bit long, I am really happy that i chose Kay Dee Bajaj. The mechanic Mr.Amit took good care of the motorcycle and does the job with so much passion and dedication. After completing the job he rode the motorcyle and fixed the rattling sound from silencer which was irritating me for a long time. Since the customer lounge is very near to the service bay, we can have conversation with the mechanic during the work. I will definitely recommend the showroom. I

I had a very bad experience.....it seems the staffs are inexperienced and new mechanic s......they told me all the problems in bike...i asked them to repair it....and it appears that the problem is not gone....then i did a 2nd servicing again here asking them to solve the problems in bike...they later did it right....and again after two months I'm facing same problems....now the situation is like i have to change all the parts like disk plate, disc brakes.....tail light issue.... I have Avenger 220 street 2018 model.

Great support by insurance person. From starting to end they supported well and clarified all information. Got my bike rim insurance claim done.. Thanks to Mr Ahaad for easing out of the formality.

I'm giving a star less because the waiting area for the customers do not have ac in it. Not even the cooler is working. 2 of the fans are not working. I have had the service experience from tvs as well. They had ac in all their waiting areas. Why is bajaj not including it as a standard condition? Service was good, guy who takes the first look here is helpful.

Make sure you verify your bike carefully, if you will ignore the standards at first, service centre guys won't help you if the received bike has scratches, corrosion or any such issues. Don't think the staff cares about you, they are there to provide you with what they have and to select the best out of them depends on you. Select wisely.
