โ โ โ โ โ Initially I went there to purchase a washing machine and found a number of varieties almost of all brands. I found the service excellent specially Mr. Mukesh was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting me choose my brand. Along with washing machine, I purchased refrigerator and next week a television. Though the prices are a little higher if you compare with online of same brand and model but you get a chance to have a look and check of real product you are going to purchase. I appreciate them. โ โ โ โ โ I have purchased a new split AC (Voltas) on 8th June 2019 from this store. Billing was on the name of my wife. Store porson assured me that installation will be done in the same day. Then I have paid installation charge. But still waiting for the installation and today is 15th June 2019. Concerned person for installation will not pick the phone and the salesman didn't pick phone. Only after calling to the store many time today they told me that it will be installed, but now it is evening 8.30pm still waiting for the confirmation. Received call from the installation person and now he is telling he will come tomorrow. Now i have paid everything so they are not caring. This is the kind of customer relation you are building. I am affraid in future also such kind of service you will provide. It is clear harassment to the customer.

โ โ โ โ โ The sales man and manager didn't keep the promised deal. They promised for all inclusive deal door delivered and after delivery they demanded extra delivery charges and the way of dealing after sale was not up to a standard. After argument, needed to pay extra money.?

There services is too much fast and the best thing is that the people who working there respect the customer and charge the goods at minimum rate and too much co operative also.
