Especially i am talking about the andheri clinic! I tried the bandra clinic, where everything was perfect. In this clinic I went for a facial. First of all , no one ask me if I need that “beauty robe” . She wanted me to just lie down on that bed.
All of the cream was extremely cold , it was like, someone puts ice-cubes on my face.
The massage was only on the face, shoulder back was not included. (In bandra it was) and the ice cold cream, had minty feeling with the ac( i was waiting when will it end?)
When I finished and came home, i seen my face not even cleared properly. I just removed by myself the biggest black head from my nose, and still not even visible , that I was on a facial.
Made a mistake to going to the andheri clinic.. same clinic same products, but different experience in bandra

Extremely humble and always smiling. I also like Mansi who manages the center. She is very polite and genuine in her recommendations.

The Kaya therapists are extremely caring and make sure that you are comfortable throughout the process. However my 3rd session today was the best session. My therapist, Janhavi, made the entire process pain free for me. I was immensely happy and impressed with today's session and big thank you to Janhavi for taking such good care.
