★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my first session of treatment with Rinku at Kaya Vastrapur and it went way smooth than expected. I was bit nervous at start but she just eased me into the process through her friendliness, by giving thorough explanation of things happening at each step, her professional skills were at par and her very patient and calm nature impressed me a lot. I am really thankful to her(Rinku) and whole team for helping me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I just want to thank the team. The front desk staff( Ms Smita and Ms Alka) is really helpful and guide you with the best. I had laser hair removal sessions with the therapist Ms Rinku Chawda, she is highly professional and well trained. She is really good and pretty helpful during my entire sessions. She has been putting me at ease every time I have visited the clinic and chatting with me too. My hair growth seems decreasing gradually in very few sittings, i have experienced good results. You can trust the clinic and go ahead with your treatment.
Very much satisfied.

Rinku was the therapist who performed the laser procedure and she ensured that I experienced no pain and was comfortable throughout the procedure.

I ahd also been taking laser sessions from Kaya. And Rinku has been doing it really good. She understands the problem and provides service accordingly.
My overall experience with Kaya is always nice as all staff are really pleasant to talk with and services are really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Reena is absolutely brilliant with her work. She was honest from the go and after carefully examining my skin, what I should be expecting from the treatment (Q Switch and Peels). I have seen improvement in my skin with the pigmentation and dark circles both. She makes you feel comfortable too.
Rinku has been putting me at ease every time I have visited the clinic and chatting with me too. She smiles and engages with the clients and makes them feel good.
Kaya has made me feel welcomed and they follow covid safety protocols very well too.
