★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will tell you my experience in this spa... This is a trap.. on call they will tell you each and everything in yes yes yes... But once you pay the fees for massage for one hour... Beech m hee ladki tip k liye bolegi agar apne mna kar diya toh gundo ki tarah behave karegi aur apse bolegi bss jao ho gyi massage... There is a two ladies rakhi and chandni they are trappers... I have lost my 600/- there only for 15 minuts... If any one is going there keep atleast 2000 in his pocket... I will complaint of them....

The location is very centralized and easy to find. The staff is soft spoken and friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

The therapists are very well trained and a therapy here completely rejuvenates you leaving you fresh and energetic.
The ambience also is very soothing and the rooms are very well heated in winters.Very excellent massage service and proffessional staff thanks for kalptaru spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listen to me. I do not know where the other reviewers went, but this place is horrible. No professionalism at all! A bunch of kids.
How can the masseuse be in and out of the massage room whilst doing the massage? How can people wrapping on the door whilst your massage is being done?
Not even a bathroom to relieve yourself.
I felt so uncomfortable, upset, violated and unclean after; I have never scrubbed my skin so hard when bathing.
All the negativity that I experienced, my colleague experienced also in the other room!
There’s so much more I want to say.....argh!
