2.ATM facility available within 100mtr
3.fruit and vegetable market is available very near to the apartment.
4.Hospital is approximately 1km from the apartment.
5.there are kids playing area also available inside the apartment.
6.price of flat or duplex are also comparable low as of other area of Bhubaneswar.
7.Lingaraj temple is also situated near the apartment (about 1km ).

With Taxi & public transport facility makes this place more livable. Old but beautiful.good place for kids and senior citizens to enjoy the evening walk or play. located a bit low position from the main road of samantrapur. This place used to get filled with water but now because of the some construction works by local administration, it has no issues even during rainy season. the apartments are visible from the main road itself
Good ambience and all amenities available in the vicinity. CCTV surveillance is available here.. Private security guards are also available..and they are too helpfull.

Pros- Close to shopping complex, house help(maids) easily available, people are nice and cheerful, close to highway hence cabs/taxis are available always, big parking area, ample space for morning walk/jogging, breathtaking view of sri Lingaraj temple, Security guards and other staffs are helpful, society conducts functions and social gatherings.Low maintenance fees as compared to other apartments. Open parking. Calm environment ideal for students.
Cons-Poor maintenance, No cleaning of stairs regularly, they don't take the garbage regularly thereby spreading foul smells everywhere (sometimes), no backup electricity facilities during calamities, sometimes they will cut off water connection for 12 hours straight without prior notice, unnecessary sales person will knock at ur door as they are allowed by security. No proper allotment of parking space, thereby creating issues. Stray dogs are entertained by certain dwellers, I once had a narrow escape from getting bitten.
Overall, I had a memorable experience in there. I'm happy I was once a proud owner of a property in Kedargouri..

School, colleges, hospital, Kedargouri Mandir, Bhubaneswar Railway station and Airport just stone trough away. This complex is situated on the way to Puri Jaganath Sadak. The flats and duplex are in the campus well maintained with road facilities.
