★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. After cancellation of the Bus by the operator Sugama they are unable to refund the full amount inspite operator telling them to refund full amount. They say doesn't have money to refund Rs750/-. This is very unfortunate.
Sugama have to take necessary action to resolve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service you will ever find. they are just after money. and thats it. I gave cash for tatkal ticket..they said they will inform me the next morning, but no calls frm their side; i made a call, no answer, so i went to their shop, they just casually told me thy could not get the ticket for two days running...nothing else..and the owner in a very rude way asked u want your money back..very very poor service overall....I wish i could give zero star...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much to tell about. You want to get xerox done, printing done, some KYC staff for paytm etc, then you can go to the place. They provide tours and travel services, but have never used as nowadays you do all those things online on your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very easily accessible and is in the basement just opposite to indian oil petrol pump Vijaya Bank layout.... They provide services like bus train booking, cyber cafe, Xerox printout etc... Price is reasonable enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop shop for most of printing, photo copy, scanning, tours and travel, seal, legal- e stamp, advocate services, real estate needs etc are catered here.
Ideally located, 2 wheelers can get parking. Quick in service, pricing moderate.
Overall good experience, most importantly almost all services that is required is available under one stop shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sent a courier (DTDC) which suppose to reach the destination in 48 hours ...still not reached. Important documents sent. I'm worried.when checked with them I was handed over a cell no to contact (Head office of DTDC) but the response was not satisfying. very bad. DTDC IS AT FAULT. WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST THEM

Couple of times I have booked car also through them and does not have any bad experience. They also facilitate travel booking, ticket booking, and hotel booking. Please visit them for regular stationary needs as well.
