β β β β β Very disciplined place where no one will misconduct whether they are seniors or batch mates. Its been 1 month I joined I improved my leg flexibility and stomach weight. Especially there are separate batches for adults and children's so I felt very ease to do martial arts karate and also it is situated very nearer to the station. I will suggest to adults it's best who wants to join some fitness centres other than usual local gym. For me it's my best place to get fit, leave sedentary lifestyle and getactive with balance flexibility strengthening and discipline but with patience. Last but not the least there is talk sessions once in a month where u will be guided by the master about how to change once attitude about how to deal with problems, weaknesses. I attended the talk session and I didn't get bored or distracted till the last minute.

β β β β β Had the worst experience here. Online classes do not help at all, it is just there for the namesake. I had to leave due to personal reasons and they wouldn't even pick up my call to refund my fees. Do not recommend this at all.
