★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't give pastry parcel. I went there asked, "I want one pineapple pastry". Lady across counter, "Want here or parcel?". I said, "Parcel". Then she says we don't give pastries parcel. The only stupid shop that denies customer who wants to purchase from them.

: I understand you can not afford cost of packing material but you could ask for extra money, I would have happily paid 2-3 rs extra for the pastry box, but in my experience i was directly denied the product.
And i am not confusing anyone this is real experience at kekiz vishrantwadi, the one near sawant petrol pump. I don't care if you have 350 stores or 3.5 k stores, you rejected a customer that is the truth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good quality cake. I recently ordered photo cake for my son's birthday. It was my first order so was quite worried but when I saw the cake it was just awesome and the taste was also good.on time making with good price. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have placed the customised cake order for my son’s birthday . We finalized one cake design for our birthday theme Which was a fondant cake but we wanted it in cream base and on this regard there were multiple discussions happened with Kekiz Vishrantwadi Lady owner on how cake should be designed in cream base and variation etc .
We agreed on that there could be 20% variations(in look and feel) keeping the Colors intact and filling soft and fresh from the design we shown ..
However when we saw the cake , it had the discolouration and turning the the base design from white checks to Pink . I was kinda okay with coloration but when we served the cake to kids , it was very dry in taste ,not fresh and the leaving it’s “Red Color” on everyone’s mouth who ate the cake shows how poor the cake quality was and left us in embarrassment.
People was asking us what sort of synthetic color used in cake and color is not going away by washing the hands with plain water ..
I am very much disappointed with the cake .. I had huge expectations as i had choosen and trusted Kekij for my son’s special day but these people totally ruined it .
I am not happy and will not recommend this shop to any one .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this shop doesn't provide printed bill also they packed cake in damaged cardboard boxes ..in fact not a single word printed anywhere as kekiz brand..don't waiste your time n money....they will spoil your function...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cakes, worst service. On the name of fresh cake, they are serving 3-4 days old cake, totally dry inside. No taste, if you will give feedback to them, they will tell you abt legal implications. So better to go to other shop instead of wasting money here. Faced embarassment in front of others when I served their dry cake.
Pathetic service and waste of money.
Editing on reply - Don't need any refund, at least accept. Instead You are threatening me of legal calls when I gave you feedback. I am happy to throw 1000 rs for such cakes but at least give me quality and fresh cakes.
