The place is very polluted. You will find full of garbage around yourself or you can say anyone can spot you in the garbage.
Government needs to focus on its cleaning and proper arrangements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very Crowded Area. Fruits are available but You will get discount only if you are buying at wholesale Otherwise the prices are same as all market in Patna. If You want best fruit on comfortable prices then come in Morning time between 4:00 to 5:00 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will get fruits that is a good point but in terms of road there is always traffic congestion everyday. Lots of fruit carrying truck are kept parked which occupy more than 60% of road width due to which people are suffering. Due to this lots of wastage and dusts are lying on roads. Government of Bihar should shift this fruit bazaar to Zeromile or bypass road side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kela mandi is situated in Bazar samiti. Although the name is kels mandi but you can find all the fruits in a wholesale rates. You can find best and worst in the same market. If you are purchasing for personal use then I will suggest buy from the open stock or atleast check it before taking home. Sometime the first layer will be the best quality but after that you will find the cheap one.
Quality: (Best to average)
Parking: tough to find a parking slot. So I will suggest park your car outside somewhere. Enough space for bike
Area: muddy in rainy season, and dirty rest of the year.

No any proper bathroom,rest room around market.you can find fruits on affordable rate.
There is water jam problem in every rainy season.no proper managment.
