Receptionist should be professional...give small training either don't appoint college student as a receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception staff is pathetic. When I first went I booked an appointment in advance. On the day when I arrived doctor was on leave due to some emergency reasons for 10 days. I came from very far distance and i expected an apology for not informing me about canceling the appoappoint but the receptionist gave me a blank face and not even a sorry even after asking why wasn't I informed. Later when I tried to book the appointment over call NOBODY EVER picks up the phone. Once I tried calling non stop for an hour - still nobody picked up. And for last I went today directly without appointment - apparently I was 10 minutes late for the waiting list and I was told with a very rude expression to come in the evening again. The doctor may be good but the staff is pathetic and extremely unprofessional. Definitely won't be visiting again here and will tell other people to do so as well.

For doctor : 4 stars.
However, receptionist staff needs a lot more improvement.
There is no appointment system available, you'll have to go and book your appointment early morning by 9.30 am.. No queues are maintained, token system does not exist..
For staff : 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -ve star for overall experience. Staff members are extremelly unprofessional and all of them have attitude to a great extent. The looks given by receptionist named Sakshi were extremely demoralizing, when I checked in to the clinic, as if I had gone there without prior appointment, seeking free treatment. They are all very ignorant and were doing their job out of no interest. I have been visiting Dr. Amit Kelkar for last soo many years and never had such disappointing experience. Ms. "Receptionist" had no interest in applying anesthetic cream to my face and did her job as if she was doing some favor to me n was reluctant to follow any requests made. Very disappointing treatment given to a very old customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was visiting dr for last 1 year for my wife's hair treatment. He was talking very politely untill we started questioning him back. Then start behaving rudely.
Very poor.
He is not even able to understand the problem.
He is only concern with MONEY.
Not to suggest anyone.
Don't waste your time and money.
Better visit some other dermatologist.
Worst thing is while consulting he said don't waste my time, that means consultation means wasting him time.
Such a rude behaviour. Never seen such a unprofessional fool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best skin specialist in pune. But long waiting for appointment. Not very organized, patient has to come and wait in long queue to get appointment. Generally takes upto 3 hours ( some days even more) of waiting time before you can see the doctor.

Lately they have made the appointment s a bit organized ... You still can't book online or over the phone but they assign you a number in the morning and ask you to come in a specific time slot . You can still end up waiting for upto 2 hours but still better than before .
