If negative rating was possible I would have given that.
Don't purchase anything from them. They take your money and give you mediocre quality of products and then if you complain they will take more than one year to resolve it and say that since already more than one year has passed they can't help but take service charge. Even though the defect was a manufacturing defect and you have complained well within warranty. It's just their way of taking more of your money.
My suggestion will be don't spend too much money in this place and go to a place whose customer support is better.
