★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kendriya Vihar is located in the posh area of Kharghar. The upcoming metro station is just 50 meter distance and the local train station is 1 km. Near by there is very big market place with almost everything available in the market. It is old society buy houses are very spacious and well designed. With very big garden inside the society, it is full of greenery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a big housing complex in Sector 12 of Kharghar. In fact it is so big that for administrative purposes it is divided in 10-12 housing societies but all are again under one common compendium. They have one common conference hall, one indoor sports hall, one mini conference room, one library and a small shopping centre inside the complex.

This society was built by a group of Govt employees in late 90s.. but sorry to say it's not maintained well..
Good place to stay nice ambience.. Residential place surrounded by market..

For example-Playground, Parking, Vegetables shops, shops,etc are in our society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest and good housing society in Kharghar.Many NMMT buses such as 53, 54 and 55 ply through the pheripheral of this complex.Inside the complex itself they have gardens and community centers.They also have a vegetable market inside the complex available twice a week.
