Cheating / looting and not providing service for several months even after several complaints and representations at the highest level. Think twice before buying any equipment/appliance from such companies Hi Chairman/CEO/Director/Responsible officer for service and customer complaints Kind Attn: Mr. Ajay Bagga, Mr. Nikhil Sen, Mr. Mahesh Gupta, Mr. Varun Gupta and MS. Sunita Gupta. This reminder e mail to notify you about the serious discrepancy in getting the service from Kent for the past more than 4 months and also since the purchase of the appliance. My e mails, correspondence and calls are proof of the inferior, unacceptable and fraudulent practices by KENT and their dealers. For months together, the tickets are created several times and the tickets are closed without even attending to problems. I will paste the SMS messages on the site soon as proof of the worst service and cheating by KENT. It is shameful that kent defrauds its customers of their money and time. This is not expected from a company run by an IITan. As usually and as a ritual and practice at Kent, Once again I was told that your representative will visit my place at 10.30 AM (12th July 2017) and I was asked to wait at home, By delaying my office visit and rescheduling all my meetings, I waited at home to note that your officer from Pune, Mr Ma**sh and or the senior technician did not visit and wasted my valuable and executive time. My time and money is equally important as your time as a chairman. Either you need to take a serious note of the quality of the appliance such that no such frequent issues crop up, or the customer complaints as to the service requirements. If not we even asked you to let us know your inability to provide a defect free appliance and or service such that the customer like me can scrap the appliance and procure some other brand. YOUR APPLIANCE IS A LEMON AND NEVER FUNCTIONED FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE. I SPENT EQUIVALENT OR MORE THAT THE CAPITAL COST OF THE EQUIPMENT AND ALSO WASTED MY PRECIOUS TIME ON CORRESPONDING WITH INSENSITIVE COMPANY CALLED KENT. IF THIS WAS USA, KENT WOULD HAVE PAID PENALTIES AND CLOSED SHOPS BY NOW FOR SELLING SUCH LEMON TO THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE READ THE LEMON LAW. We must insist that such a law exists in India too. I will be taking to the social media and to the legal remedy for the fraud stating that kent is not a customer oriented company and cheating gullible customers. Hope good sense prevails at the chairman level.

For giving review i am giving at least1 star but in reality they do not deserve anything. Worst service i ever seen.... even when rising complaint several times.. they do not take any kind of responsability to solve their product related problems. Also they do not have skilled employees and service is way below pathetic level. Please do not buy any product from this Kent company if you do not wanna face issues like we all are facing... highly recommending not to buy Kent ro products to every one.

One of the worst after sale services any company can offer.. horrible product.. recommend not to purchase it as am suffering for every small issues..and service centres do nothing ..just fleece u...they call only after ur AMC has expired..n make sure post changing filter they again have to come over for another service..has been going on for years

Worst product. I bought Kent RO 2.5 yeras back. This is the worst buy I ever had. Very expensive services and parts, cntineous water leckages, mixing of impure water, pathetic service after sale. Today I have to throw that machine in dustbin. They have no policy of defective product return policy. I have been cheated for 16000/-. Pls Pls Pls do not buy this company machines. In simple word - DO NOT BUY KENT PURIFIERS. Abhijeet.

Product is good but service is very worst below imagination. They do not have skilled employees at customer service center. The words that i can use for them are really abusive. It's my suggestion to the owner of RO Kent Purifier that get kicked such employees due to whom your status in the market is getting at low level. I do not want to rate any star for them. they doesn't deserve for that.

If there has been a negative rating , Kent would get -5 . They cheat in all products and fraud people in their service centers.

Horrible experience Service personnel called Atul lied and got AMC(Annual maintenance) subscribed and when the time came pretend like it was never a part of the package to get the filters replaced The managed agreed that the person who came gave wrong information but no action was taken on the grounds that we are fault because be believed what this service personnel Atul said without getting it written on recipient Kept arguing for more that 2 hrs and showed arrogance Horrible service horrible staff horrible customer service I'll Mannered staff KENT RO people from this branch are degrading your brand value Hope this reaches the right people and action is taken again the concerned people so as to not loose customer loyalty

Where is negative rating....I want to give minus 5 rating....Worst service.... Horrible experience.....Bought new Kent RO filter but Motor pump was defective.....Until 6 month warranty they didn't respond and after that immediately asking to replace it ....For this defective pump they replaced all filters and motor too ....and charged heavy......No more trusted brand..... only Hema Malini is benefited from this ....and we customer s are suffering all the time
