★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have become very arrogant and don’t have a smooth procedure. First you have to buy their product from their distributor then they tell the customer to call Kent’s Helpline Number to put in a request for installation. It’s the job of the vendor to install the product. When I called the sales representative, he cut a sorry figure. A sincere suggestion to the Kent team, if you don’t change your attitude towards the customer, people will buy other brands as there are many other alternatives. DO NOT BUY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kent service after purchasing is the worst ever , even before it reached one year of purchase they let us change the RO material which cost a heavy amount. They know how to charge their customer and make money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever company claims, actual experience define their success or failure. Today called Ghaziabad RO customer care for overflow of water problem , service engineer Ashish Singh visited, diagnosed that overflow is because of cylinder damage. Changed cylinders, charged us 4400/-, after 10 min when we started RO, the overflow problem still continued. We called again for continuous 4-5 hours but no one shown up again inspite of call center asurance, Ashish Singh not picking up call. Not sure if Kent RO lives upto their reputation, writing here as could not even found any email id for complaint. Request Kent RO top management to look into this matter and help urgently. This is really frustrating that even you are not in safe hand inspite of reaching to right channel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience ... after 13 Months said Membrane is defective and Rs 3750 will be charge .... when i called my friend who was the KENT RO EX manager .. he advised technician to reset .. why you are asking replacement ... then he reset and RO working ... but as we have not purchased Membrane so he created other problem in RO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your Lucknow based centre at Saba Complex ( police point) Khurramnagar service are very poor. Some of the technicians like Vijay Gupta etc are looting customer.
Apart from AMC, I have given around 10
rupees even then my machine is not running normal
I am fed up & want to swith over to another brand
Kindly instruct this centre to attend my problem from root.
