β β β β β I want to share my worst experience towards this company and branch manager.
When I was new in delhi and shifted to new house , I called kent care to know the status of my house water and to give me appropriate information about requirement of RO or normal purifier.
Then their branch manager (Kapil) Visited on my house and told me that I should purchase kent wonder RO, costing around 13000/-. There was not any requirement of RO because TDS level was around 100 of normal water. So only a normal purifier was needed but he insisted me to let install RO and didn't tell about expenses (around 5000/- per year) after 1 year. Everytime kent service engineer told us that there is not any requirement of RO in this area. He fooled us to earn his money and to sell his product. When a normal purifier was needed , he installed RO to earn his commission.
I strongly suggest everyone to not go for any kent product. Be aware from such fraudsters.
