β β β β β Was in a mood for some Japanese and oriental food near Yelahanka and decided to go to kenzai since it had a nice rating and Zomato pro
Didn't disappoint
Amazing vibe, great authentic food that seemed pretty healthy. The staff was courteous and nice.
The washroom is good but it's a single person use only, which could be a problem if the place is full.
Try their teriyaki chicken bao

β β β β β Kenzai is an Asian restaurant located in New BEL Road. It has peaceful and Asian vibes in every spot, lined with money plants, Asian utensils, and the music of flowing water. There is a certain sense of peacefulness and beauty in the vibes of this restaurant.
We ordered the Udon noodles, Indonesian herbs rice, lotus stem, and pineapple mocktail.
I expected the Udon noodles to be in a sauce and be dry but it came in a deep bowl with lof soup and vegetables. The soup part of the noodles was way too much amd was kind of bland. However, the Indonesian herbs rice made up for it. It was excellent and authentic. The flavors were perfectly blended. The Lotus Stem was delicious too.
The pineapple mocktail was extremely good , we ended up ordering it twice.
This place has overall good vibes, food, drinks, and courteous service.

β β β β β A very good place for a small group. Good and peaceful ambience located in 2nd floor. The food was really good enjoyed every bite. The staff is friendly as well. If in any case any dish isn't available then they'll suggest a good alternative and trust me they don't disappoint.

β β β β β Good Asian/Oriental food served here.
Ordered the following:
- Crispy fried Lotus root honey chilli ( slightly on the sweeter side, but a good try)
- Raw mango salad with peanuts and cilantro (must try)
- Shitaki mushroom and spinach dumping (not extremely good, lacked seasoning)
- Thai yellow curry and jasmine rice (very good, turmeric added could have been cooked a little longer to avoid raw taste)
- Flat rice noodles (must try)
Taste - 4/5
Ambience - 5/5
Service - 5/5
Value for money - 4/5
Quantity of all dishes were good. Dumplings were a bit small in size and less in number (only 5) for the price.

β β β β β An Asian themed restaurant on 80 feet road. The interiors are elegant and cozy. We quickly got to our reserved table and started with their small plates. The Korean potato and crispy lotus stem were excellent. They didn't have baos and dumplings on a Saturday evening, which was surprising. So we settled for the veg pan fried buns, which was just satisfactory. The edamame in butter garlic had a weird oily taste to it. We didn't try any of their large plates or noodle bowls. Overall a decent hangout if you are looking for Asian cuisine. They must improve the menu to convey which of the dishes are vegetarian and also train the waiters, as they looked confused for any questions asked.
Little bit on the pricey side and with a 8% mandatory service charge, we felt it was an expensive dinner.

β β β β β Horrible experience. I had been here when they had just opened about 2 or 3 years ago and I went in last week.
Service was horrible, food was a disaster.
There was literally no one to even bother to hand out a menu.
Food preparation was so bland that I regretted ordering them.
Please visit Hunan, if you're trying to get to a Chinese cuisine around New bel road. Kenzai is just gone to ruts!
But unexpected.

β β β β β Asian themed restaurant, cozy interiors. The quantity of food was satisfactory, maybe more enjoyable for people with a taste for it. It was my first time trying asian cuisine and I didn't like it that much. Also it was a little pricey with 8% service tax added. And the menu is a little confusing, very few vegetarian options!
They didn't have desserts even tho it's on the menu
