they make people fool
I want front haircut but they gave me a horrible look and then start arguing that this is the only look we can give you.
and at the time of payment they charge more than the cost.
Don't go to this salon
if you want to be a joke than go to "KENZO"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should be given Guinness world record award for doing the fastest hsir spa. I have mid back length hair bd went for loreal hair spa. They legit did it in 25 minutes, yes the whole thing in mere 25 minutes. If I say that they gave a massage for 10 minutes it would be an exaggeration. So this wasn't enough then they persuaded me to buy some shampoo saying that madam you ll thank me all your life aftr using that shampoo. I asked him to show me nd guess what it was the same shampoo because of which I had super damaged hair. Neverrrrr go here.
And for the salon guys, every customer is important please if someone is spending money for a service, do your job properly nd make them satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for Facial yesterday and they did not have enough product. Instead of telling me to choose some other facial they decided to do my facial with the left over product. They didn't have enough scrub and cream to do the massage of face but they still kept on massaging or I should rather say rubbing my face with the dry hands calling it "massage" and said ur skin is sensitive.
Also that was the shortest facial every.
When I complaint about it then they suggested to do massage with the lotion that they apply at the very end that too after applying face pack.
It was evening time and they didn't even covered me during facial... " I was shivering throughout the facial" they gave me blanket at the very end of the facial.
DO NOT GO THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for a good salon in New colony and went to Kenzo after reading good reviews. I got a good haircut and was fully satisfied but when I went next time that barber had left the salon.
You’ll have to climb to first floor. Parking might be an issue.
