★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a parcel that was damaged in transit leading to substantial loss of goods. It was not the first time for such an incident. All our complaints about these manhandling of goods were ignored and instead they asked us to use "BETTER PACKING MATERIALS" for all 3 incidents. We refused to accept the damaged parcel and tried to put in a complaint, but the warehouse managers warned us that after that point if the parcel stays in the warehouse they will mark it as delivered and any damage or loss will be our responsibility. Utterly disgusted by the attitude of this transport service would recommend everyone to avoid them due to such careless and unprofessional attitude.
