Location sucks -- unclean on oneside, slums on other, railway tracks on the other
the staff -- cleaning, watchman etc are lazy to do their job
they sell and don't own the issues in their flats -- like leakage and damps
Every morning I get up to see a new damp in the house anywhere
its like a horror movie
