There was no attempt to assist.

When I messaged, I did not ask for a refund. I just asked ''what to do?''. we ordered same size, same brand but sizes arrived differently. If we are ordering next time, what/how will we order? How will we know it has arrived right before my customer tries? Especially living abroad and receiving parcels like this? YOUR STAFF WAS JUST RUDE. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR APOLOGY was made. I was simply told you don't entertain any complaints. If you don't want feedback, why did you reply ''thank you'' for a positive feedback and happily gave a rude reply to a negative feedback?
Original review: Not happy. When ordered first time couple of salwars looked like old stocks. Second time ordered same size leggings from same company, I particularly mentioned I needed the color to suit the Kurti. Not that it arrived in different colour but also different size. When asked questions before ordering they were rude to say that they won't help. When products arrived, there was no apology made. We did not ask for a refund but a good customer service is saying a sorry although they don't mean it. Extremely upset and found them unreliable and rude. Will never trade or recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hesitant to order anything from Wholesale Salwar since nobody I knew had done so. I was also put off by the high cost of shipping. But I needed seven identical bridesmaids saris which I couldn't get in Winnipeg. I found the perfect sari ( 7 of a set of 1) on their site at a very affordable price and put in my order. Communication was convenient through WhatsApp and I was sent clear instructions for measurements for pre-stitched blouses.
My shipment arrived by courier within one week from the time it left India. The box was securely wrapped and I didn't pay any additional fee. The blouses were well sewn, but I have not seen how they fit as yet. The sari colour turned out to be blue green, not the green on the site, but is still beautiful and will work for our purpose.
I was happy with my purchase and decided to order the Groom's outfit from Wholesale Salwar as well, since I couldn't find his size 44 here. That shipment arrived securely packaged also and within one week of leaving India. The sherwani was very well stitched and lined like a suit jacket. I even received an extra diamanté for the brooch in case one fell out. I was disappointed that the fabric chosen for the pants was not of a higher quality. It was well sewn, however, with zippered fly, side pockets, and elasticized waistband.
(A word of advice: Before placing an order, send a WhatsApp inquiry to find out if the item is in stock.)
Wholesale Salwar's prices are much cheaper than on some other online sites. Though their shipping costs are higher, from my experience it is worth buying from them because your shipment is fast ( once it leaves India), your package is securely wrapped to prevent damage, and the product delivered is well made. In fact, I ended up saving money because I shopped on their website!
