This journey of beautiful moments and experiences not only taught me about finance, operations, mutual funds, loans, different kinds of challenges in the financial industry but also about customer relations, responsibilities, handling stressful situations because of timeline commitments for delivering the best client services...the list goes on.
There is a new challenge every day and hence a new learning experience. From being part of various Trainings, Fund Manager Meetings, presentations and conferences to getting involved in those insider talks and meetings, I never dreamt of experiencing this at such a young age.
I am lucky to be under the guidance of Mr. Praveen Jain, Co-founder & CEO of the organization. He has got more than 20 years of experience in the field of finance, banking and wealth management. Nothing could be better than to learn from a person who has worked at one of the highest positions in various Multi National Banks like HSBC, Credit Suisse, etc.
These few months with him and his team seem like few days but I believe it's going to be worth more than years of any other experience.

It also helped me develop managerial skills by managing an individual project and managing a team working on other projects at the same time. The experience helped me face and overcome challenges and develop a learning experience from the mistakes made.
