★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist had a very smug attitude. She seemed visibly upset about us visiting and disturbing her gossip time with her colleague. Her nature was unfriendly and we had to ask for iternaries of places ourselves instead of her suggesting destinations to us. Very unprofessional opinion and unpleasant experience at Kesari, Pimple Saudagar, Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic support at tour planning stage. It seems agency is more interested in extracting money from people who don't have travel experience or knowledge. Very hesitant to customize tour. I feel that agency do not want choosy and knowledgeable customers. Received half-hearted quote with haywire price. Even did not bother to respond back. Can not imagine support after booking.
