★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to diwali vacation 2021 goa with kesavi tour but 3rd class service and miss management very bad experience with kesvi.
Food and bus very bad,
Manager is not experience person and zero knowledge in my trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, after my brother's tour booking i contacted many times with this travel company but staff management is very poor. they provide us poor car services and air ticket booking services. pick-up Car was changed after my brother reached at Delhi airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great journey and had a lot of fun with kesavi tours in my dubai trip. Covered all places in trip, which i wish to watch in my trip. Well managed, 3 star hotels were great and services too. Kesavi tours is highly recommend for your trip.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience in Diwali Time at Goa tour.
Firstly they cancelled our bus date. They allotted second date which we never want. Last day they inform us about our cancellation date.
Bus is not reached proper time. Bus seat is very dusty and window curtains are dirty. Not a proper time of Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Not managed taxi and car at hotel to destination place. Manager not answer properly and told tourist do it urself. its really pathetic. we were going to enjoy the place. but our most of time waste in find taxi.
Food quality is some time not proper. very KACHA PAKKA Khana they served. Tea is very sugary. There are six old age couple. they don't care about diabetic patient. Even they didn't ask about coffee as well. What about those people who don't drink tea. In broacher they wrote tour provide 1 mineral water every day during the trip. But at the place, they refused to do so.
There are so many persons other than manager and 2 driver.
In Goa at Cruise, Manger collected Rs. 700/- PP. However, original charge is Rs. 500/- PP. It's not a professionalism.
There are so many issues in hotel's payment that's why tourist suffer a lot. Most of our time waste in bus, for lunch and dinner.
Not a proper management. Manger is changed plan according his mood and spoil the mood.
however, driving is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with keshavi tours and travels. They cancelled my trip for dubai at end point without my permission and reason is that one group had cancelled their booked trip. I suggest everyone please never go for Keshavi travel and tours. They will left you helpless at anytime.Never go for Keshavi. Please don't be trapped in a low price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a trip to shirdi by bus with them. We are still on our way while I am writing this review. We booked an AC bus, the ac broke down in the first few hours. It is super hot, they havent been able to get it fixed, they refused to replace the bus and asked to go all the way to shirdi in the same bus. If we wanted to travel in this heat with all the discomfort we wouldnt have bothered to book an AC bus with them! Hopefully the hotels they booked are better than the bus they provided!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Hotel service and travel service was very bad. Once you pay for your package, the after sale service is not given. Rude and unprofessional reply from "tejpal", the owner itself. Iske hotel room se to aacha hoi geust house me tehar lena. Not worth for money. Takes over charge and don't give the relevant services. I had booked simla, manali, Dalhousie and amritsar package. And I regrate for it. Total waste of money. Ab salo ka naam ho gaya he lekin koi kam nahi raha. Don't get attracted with its advertising and good customer presentation. You will get no service as they tell. Don't spoil your vacation time and money with keshvi tours and travels.
