We are facing too much challenges in underground works like plumbing, electricity & drainage system..
All problems are arising within 2 yrs after completed his 1st project named mentioned above..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst builder ever, we bought one flat in his project Janak Plaza near to this new project. Before purchase the builder attitude was very polite, positive and very helpful in all paper work. Whatever he commited never fulfil, he used all the worst quality products in all the civil work. There is severe sippage in all the flats. Lifts, plumbing and drainage all the basic facility are totally flopped. All the buyer of Janak Plaza now regret.
Will suggest not to purchase any constructed flat by him. His work has no quality and his word have no decency.
