★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever..the filthy way they treat u after booking. Their managing staffs are manner less they don't know how to treat customers. the diffrence between the quality of food they commited nd what they served even my degree of dissatisfaction from this hottel is like, I thought google should've also rating option of less then 1 star which I would like to give them..overall the "hotel should be shut down" so that someone else don't get into trouble like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrific experience where I had to run for cash at around midnight as they refused to take UPI or any other payment mode above a certain limit (btw, that limit of online payment was only around 20% of the total amount). They also refused to give a few hours time to arrange for the cash though the amount was around 1L. I would suggest people to look for somewhere else as they seem to get happiness by inconveniencing their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time i am writing a review and trust me it is hihghly needed. This is the Worst service one can ever get.
I booked this hotel Banquet hall for my reception party.
1) Very poor service - In 150 guest they only kept 2 waiters for service and the guest had to wait for 15-20 min for starter and main course.
2) Nan and tandoori roti was finished the moment main course started and then every one has to wait for 20 min for Nan and tandoori roti.
3) There was complete power cut off on more than 2 occasions.
4) AC was switched off for more than 30 mins. Every one was sweating like hell.
5) Voltage was so low that the DJ could not play for more than 1 hour
Waiter were very arrogant and disrespectful.
They let my family members work like labours.
I will request everyone never to book any functions in this hotel.
They will give you the troubles you have never imagined.

We have organised our farewell party here and it was totally waste of money we are so disappointed with the service. The staff members don't have manner to treat customer.
Don't ever come to this place for booking any kind of events it is totally waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to get an worst restaurant experience then come here. Staffs will make you feel like you are nobody. You will get the water served after long time after getting angry and heat up.
First they will give you plates after 10 minutes fork then again after 10 minutes spoons then wait for orders to come.
You can see live experience their only.
No one is there to get your order you have to request to them bhaiya would you want to take the order.
AC will be turned on once you will inform the staffs ki bhaiya we are sweaty enough now.
Still waiting for the order to get served.
