The owner Mr. Mahendra is a genuine and helpful person who will give you right guidelines about the Camera you have taken to him for repairs. He is master in his area who believes in Customer satisfaction more than the money he earned with the deals. Overall the place is small and compact but you will get a great service for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Canon Powershot camera's issues were beyond repair. But my interaction with Mr. Vyas left me feeling assured of his assessment and I did not feel I needed a second opinion. He was professional enough to call me when he had finished checking the camera, gave me his final decision, and apologised for not being able to help. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Ketaki Camera Services for general Canon repairs.
The Google Map location is accurate and the shop is easy to find. The building does not have wheelchair access which makes the shop difficult to access for people with a physical disability.
