★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom in GC Block should be staffed with a more competent and skilled employee the person in charge had a very poor product knowledge.
Faced some reluctance while asking for a test drive, the scooter was not charged for that could not experience the test drive. And also there was lack of warmth in attending a potential client I have been looking forward in buying an electric cycle but after experiencing poor customer service I will think twice before going to Ketron again.
No feedback form was present on the store so I am writing it here.
I was however was able to take the e-cycle ride and found the frame to be very light and the braking was not upto the mark(maybe using disc brakes would be better) Brands like Motovolt is providing much better products and service at this price point. Would expect a better reception If and only if I plan to visit your store again.
