They don't know any manners...
They don't know how to behave to your customer...
The place was so dirty and the waiters are very foolish
I recommend everyone that never visit this place in your life.
Or else you can experience what I experienced......

That fat lady waiter who I think is the only waiter in the restaurant (at least when I was there) shouts a lot and has no respect for the customers. When asked for onion and lemon, she refused. When I asked about scarsely added masala on masala papad she shouted at the kitchen door "Ye log ko extra masala de do" of course she shouted in Oriya. The manager at the counter was trying to convince her to serve us well. But she was in he own world. Lolz. But me and my wife had a great time watching her through out the tune. Unique character.
And the food was okay ish. The bread nan and roti were not crisp but chicken 65 was also okayish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously this place was really great, like till September-October 2021 there were adequate staff and the food was really good. Currently don’t know what has happened to the place , it’s like doomed all of a sudden. The Sahid nagar branch gote closed within few months of its inauguration,due to very low customer footfalls. Now the Age old most reputed Bapuji Nagar branch has really got degraded in terms of food quality and customer relationship management. Team Keyars, please look into to matter and please do improve back the quality of your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place for dinner. Initial expressions were positive. The restaurant looked like a neat place to eat. But unfortunately worst experience till date. Not getting words to describe about my experience. Late service. Only one lady handling everything, from taking order, to serving food , to taking away the used plates and then billing herself. When they are charging good amount for their dishes why such a scene of not having adequate staff to deal with the customers. Today is Feb 4th and they are not having any of the Gobi item. Took order for mushroom salt and pepper but when asked about the same after 25 minutes got the answer that it is not available. Just feel about the scenario. Food quality was too bad. Paneer butter masala was so oily( not buttery) and bad smell was coming from it . Talking about chilly chicken the chicken was most probably kept for couple of days. It was not at all fresh. The taste of boondi Raita was also like that as if boondi had been prepared 2 months ago. In compare to price no taste at all.
Coming to water bottle, they are charging rupees 14 for 500 ml which is against government rules and regulations. They are Putting food colour in each and every item. It was totally a disappointed service. Please don't visit the place for dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered chicken hyderabadi but the chicken itself was stale (ବାସି). Naan was too oily unlike other places. Fried rice was good. One bite of that stale chicken is enough to ruin your whole meal. Upon complaining about the chicken being stale, no response is given from the restaurant and this was when we were eating right there!!! If you're eating there, be cautious!
