★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently created a marketing department within our company. Although our company has more than 10 years of experience, we had a lack of marketing expertise. We needed a company or service that could provide good quality design.Keyideas designed our website from scratch.
I worked with the project manager as well as the designer. There were also about three people who were responsible for different activities. They were like marketing consultants, but they explained the whole concept, and we tried to explain what we wanted to them.
Based on the research of about 7 companies, we decided to go ahead with Keyideas and sign a contract with them.
We have received positive feedback not only from members of our team but also from people who have visited our website. They just love it and enjoy the website in general.
They were quite professional and open to solving different issues that happened during the process of the website creation. They helped by providing different consultations and analyses on how the design should look, what was good to do, and what was bad to do. We had a few methods of communication, but we mostly used email and Skype.
The best thing about working with them was their creative outlook and vision for the concept of the website.
Everything about their design was quite good and professional.

We have reached out to Keyideas for the frontend development requirement as we don't have enough bandwidth and expertise to do so. Despite a very tight deadline, they were able to deliver with the utmost quality.
They did not fail us and our Management team was immensely happy with the outcome of the project.
They designed the UX and developed the frontend of our application. We were very particular with the UX of our application and they did not fail us. They are very collaborative and never had any issues during phase 1 of the project. The project went smoothly and we are very glad to have worked with them. Meeting the deadline was never an issue!
Their team was very open to feedback and they are committed to sharing suggestions to better improve our implementation as we progress. They are very professional both the dev team and during our the negotiation stage.
We were very pleased with the outcome.
It was delivered on time and within the minimum cost- estimate provided. We normally say- we hit the jackpot with Keyideas! We were very happy with our collaboration and decided to continue working with them for the next phase of the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm manager at Elisa.ue. It's a multibrand e-commerce project. We had an online store created on Opencart, but at some point we lacked capacity. And we decided to move to a stronger platform - WordPress. Which was a great fit for our need.
We needed a store with a personal account, a basket, a comparison, dimensional grids.
Our development team advised us to Keyideas. After negotiations and the proposal received, we realized that we want to work with them.
We worked by stages. In just one month, the agency launched a working version and then we continued to improve it, adding new features and sections.
A designer, 2 developers, a project manager and a tester worked with us on the project from Keyideas side, from our side was just me as a project coordinator.
The site supported 20 thousand unique visitors per month. We have improved our warehouse management system with integrated modules.
The most amazing thing about the company's work was the ability to combine creativity with complex technical tasks. Had great learning experience with the Keyideas team.

Keyideas did backend development and frontend design, creating a new website for us. They built it on WordPress. They created a simple website, easily maintained by us.They stayed close to our brand image, but it is a stand-alone site. They built the product on a test site before launching on a live site, where they did additional testing.
We considered several companies initially but I liked the clarity they provided regarding tools, including content documentation, progress tracking, and the ability to see visuals and provide feedback. We worked together from June–October 2020.
I was running the project solo and was concerned that I would have to chase after them to fix bugs or make changes. Keyideas did a great job and provided peace of mind for me. They were well worth the cost. Everything was clear and simple. We used basecamp, and they delivered on time. They internalized the brief. Their experience in development enabled them to meet our needs and expectations. I appreciated their input, such as suggestions about layouts.

Keyideas handled the entirety of the development. We led the design, but they were partners on the design and we valued their contributions.
We talked to them and decided to give them a chance. They gave us a proposal, we reviewed it, and then compared it to other agencies.
We began working together in September 2019 and wrapped up in January 2020.
From the procedural perspective, they hit all of our milestones like deliverables and trigger points. That was huge for us. We deemed the partnership a success because they were able to be on time consistently.
Their project management was really good. They kept us very organized because they were organized. They were always easily accessible by Slack or skype. We also had weekly status updates.
The project management impressed. As an agency ourselves, we needed them to be an extension of us and they handled that incredibly well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project we worked on with Keyideas was a CRM for advertising agencies. The platform is built for both mobile devices and the web. We developed an environment where users could create virtual reality versions of their products. The technologies we used include Laravel PHP 7, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL. They helped us develop some custom software as well.
Keyideas assigned us a project developer along with two backend and one frontend developers.
Keyideas was very helpful, and I appreciated their approach to our project. Instead of waiting in a queue, I got an immediate response anytime I had a problem, issue, or question. They always promptly tried to help me, which is how I prefer to work.
We plan to launch the site in about two weeks and then start selling our services. We’ve tested the platform with users, and everyone’s been pleased with it so far. I’m happy to have collaborated with Keyideas.
They’re very open; we could call them anytime. We could also connect with them via email or collaboration platforms. I don’t recall any situation where I was left alone to deal with an issue. Our communication was very good.
Keyideas is innovative and has great ideas. I was a little surprised by the way they showed me what my project should look. They thought of a much more convenient style than I initially conceptualized. Thanks to their input, the project environment is even better than I could have imagined. They gave us many unexpected solutions that worked out nicely.
Keyideas should continue what they’re doing. They have a lot of satisfied clients, especially me. If they don’t lower their standards, everybody should be happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our old website was very traditional and outdated. Keyideas built a new website for us that was more modern and high-tech. They developed the image that we wanted and helped us create a local website for our parent company, which is based in Korea and has a lot of unique requirements.
They also created a corporate logo for our parent company. We found them through an online search. We heard good things about Keyideas, so we reached out to them. We liked their proposal and the fast turnaround times, so we chose them for our project.
We started working with them in November 2017 and the relationship is ongoing.
Our chairman and our internal team are highly satisfied. The website hasn't launched yet, but we're impressed with the design and structure they created. They're very patient and bring excellent ideas to the table.
We use Basecamp for communication, so our internal team can stay up-to-date with the progress. Their design team is very competent and our project manager is responsive and professional.
