★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ket waiting for our turn for more than half n hr and then we said we wanted to leave as it's taking too long but the person didn't say a word to retain us or assure and said if we want we can leave it's our wish. So I don't know much about their service but customer service wasn't good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited for hair smoothening they have spoiled my hair, on the wet hair she @ Lakshmi have done the pressing on my hair and now my hair got soo rough.I asked her many times to blow dry my hair completely but she igroned and gave stupid reasons. After 6 days i went back to saloon for the first wash my hair went back to normal fizzy hair.When I asked them they are blaming back us.Not even they used hair mask while washing.These peoples are not professional stylist. They have agreed there mistake and I got my refund back but they paid back only half the amount. They don't even know the right process. Please do not go here and fall for the offers they provided for hair smoothening and any other treatment for hair.
