★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is near highway. The place is not very crowded. There is enough seating area. Washrpoms are clean. You can also celebrate birthdays here. I ordered one longer box and one zinger box. Everything in the box is cold and very hard to chew. And staff is not very attentive. Try to avoid this place if you are travelling as the food is stafe which is not good.

The chicken was dry which is like most KFC's in India.
The ac was mot working well.
Needs a lot of improvement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spicy/Classic Burger were unavailable as patties were out of stock.. but bigger patties were available ? Didn't expect KFC have to oversell by removing entry level product not from Menu but from Stocks. Not acceptable service standard's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger and chicken pop corn tastes yummy but the smoky grilles chicken was not finger licking and the taste was not same as compare to Delhi/NCR outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual it's an KFC outlet so review about their items served is irrelevant. We had a very uncomfortable experience during one hot afternoon when we stopped on highway to have some refreshment & meals expecting a comfortable cool seating arrangement during hot afternoon. It's quite shocking that even at 40° C outside, the staff had kept turned off half of their aircons in the seating area having no concerns about the comfort of the customers. McD must uphold their brand value & MNC food chain standards. Not a pleasent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large numbers of stray dogs in the parking. Cleanliness in the parking infront of the store was compromised.
Toilet was not maintained and had bad odour.
Placing of order took time as only one counter was operational. I had a takeaway and delivery was quick.
Needs overall improvement.
