★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is very well located. Store is also good.. Staffs are also cooperative.. But they don't know how to handle people.. Social Distancing is not at all followed. Washroom is very dirty, better not to use it.. (Yuck) Need proper cleaning all around.. You can not enjoy the outside view because the glass are dusty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is decently good. You need to place your order at the ground floor, take your food and eat at the first floor. First floor is quite spacious and tables evenly distributed so that visitors/customers do not feel crowded.
The chicken they use and cook is not at par with the other KFCs that are in Patna or any other city. You will occasionally find too much of oil and the chicken would taste like low quality. Although sometime I did find the chicken juicy with good aroma but that's a rare event.
The staffs are good. They would take the order quickly and help you if you are stuck and need suggestions to make a decisions.
There is no issue with parking spot as the front area of the building as plenty of parking space.
All in all the place is decently good and you can go and enjoy here with your family / friends if you want to hang out together and have quality time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here before in the pre covid era and to my surprise nothing much has changed I the covid era as well. There was no thermal screening at the entrance, no social distancing was followed, no disinfection of surfaces, even the chairs and tables were not sanitized in between. I was expecting covid protocols to be followed here but I am totally disappointed.
They play KFC radio which is cool.
Menu has no new addition to it since ages not even in the non veg items forget veg. There's not much to expect here. Sitting area is on the 1st floor and we place order on the ground floor due to which you have to go down and up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dine-in was available this time and after having my zinger classic burger meal I went to the washroom to wash my hands and it was smelling like hell. I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't been there. Feedback for KFC, kindly ensures that you maintain your quality not only in terms of taste and food but also make sure about the hygiene as people visit with their friends and family.
March 18th 2022 - Today on the eve. of Holi, I see that KFC of bailey road has completely deteriorated as still, the washroom was smelling and because of holiday staffing was a problem however not even a single worker was there to check the eating lobby in case of any issues or wastage clean on the tables and the floor. In fact floors, tables and chairs were wet. I had to call them out from downstairs to clean my table.
In my opinion, it would be better to close KFC or working hours should be minimized but don't compromise on your service. Later I wanted to take away the chicken strips order that took them a long time. I will not blame KFC staff but the management who are not willing to do anything even if am writing this review. Please step up and fix it. People are big fans of KFC however they might opt for a different brand if they see such hygiene issues. Please check the pictures attached

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was good and the staff s were also good but sometimes. They missed upon few items again and again! A reputed chain like KFC should atleast train their staff's to keep uniform customer eccentricity.anyway place is good to hangout

Whenever i was craving of fast food and chicken I go out there and have the kfc meals. I just love all the chicken items there. There food quality is amazing and service is also quite good. One thing is there that I have to give and take my order from counter self. They will not get to the table.
But all thing is good, place, interior, food quality, service and all. All were just amazing.
Must go there and try it out.
Best place to hangout with your love ones.
